A seamless transaction
Our experience with John was brief but very much to our satisfaction. We arranged a private viewing for two days after the house was listed. John was there at the appointed time to show us through. We signed a conditional contract that day. Four days later John encouraged us to offer a higher bid with the aim of securing the property for us. The deal was closed that evening.
